Accepting these terms

These terms apply when you use the Brightview Tustin Sunrooms & Patios website, contact us or ask us for an estimate. By using the site or our services, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

"We," "us" and "our" mean Brightview Tustin Sunrooms & Patios. "You" means the person using the site or asking about work on a property.

What we do

We're a sunroom contractor in Tustin, CA. We design and build sunrooms, patio enclosures, screen rooms, patio covers and related work for homes in Tustin and the cities around it. You can read more about us on our About page and see our services from the home page.

What's on this site describes our work in general terms. It isn't an offer to do a particular job. Every project depends on your house, your yard and what you want, so the details are set in writing for each job.

Estimates and pricing

Estimates are free, and asking for one doesn't commit you to anything. An estimate is based on what we can see and measure at the visit, so it can change if conditions turn out to be different once work starts, or if you change the size, materials or design.

Any job we take on is covered by a written contract that you sign before work begins. That contract sets the price, the scope of work and the payment schedule. If the contract and these terms differ, the contract controls for that job.

Scheduling and cancellation

We'll give you a start date and an expected timeline when we sign the contract. Weather, material delays, inspections or problems found once the job is open can push those dates, and we'll tell you as soon as we know.

If you need to move or cancel an appointment, please call us at (657) 356-0049 as early as you can so we can rebook your crew time. Canceling a signed job follows the terms in your contract and your rights under California law.

Payment

Payments are due on the schedule in your written contract. Any deposit and progress payments are tied to the work described there, and we won't ask for money that isn't set out in the contract.

If a payment is late, we may pause work until it's made, and the contract may allow other remedies. If you have a question about a bill, tell us before the due date so we can sort it out.

Warranties and disclaimers

Any warranty on our work is the one written into your contract. Materials such as glass, frames, panels and roofing may also carry the maker's own warranty, which the maker handles under its own terms.

Apart from what's in your contract, this website and its content are provided as is. We work to keep the information accurate, but we don't promise that every page is complete, current or free of errors, and general information on the site isn't advice for your particular property.

Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect or consequential losses that come from using this website or relying on its general information, including lost time or lost income.

For work we do, our responsibility is set by your written contract and by California law. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Resolving disputes

If something goes wrong, call us or write to us first, because most problems get fixed faster with a conversation than a claim. We'll look at the issue and give you an answer.

If we can't settle it between us, the dispute process in your contract applies. Where the contract doesn't cover it, the matter goes to a court with proper jurisdiction in Orange County, California.

Governing law

These terms and any use of this website are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here is the one that applies when you use the site. Changes don't alter a contract you've already signed.
